How It Works
Your contribution goes into a professionally managed fund through Oregon Community Foundation. The principal is never spent — only the annual returns are distributed to AuctionBlock for operations.
Your Gift Grows
Assuming a 7% average annual return and a 4% distribution rate, the fund grows over time. A $10,000 gift generates approximately $400 in its first year — and that amount increases as the principal compounds.
Permanent Impact
Over 20 years, a single $10,000 endowment gift generates an estimated $12,500+ in cumulative distributions while the principal grows to approximately $18,000. Your giving literally outlives you.
