Director of Programs
Lead our foreclosure prevention programs, manage counselor team, and develop partnerships with organizations and institutions.
Key Requirements:
- •5+ years experience in nonprofit program management
- •Deep understanding of housing policy and foreclosure prevention
- •Proven track record of team leadership and development
- •Strong relationship-building skills with community partners
Community Liaison
Provide one-on-one counseling to families facing foreclosure, assess financial situations, develop action plans, and connect clients with resources.
Key Requirements:
- •HUD-certified housing counselor or willingness to obtain certification
- •2+ years experience in social services or financial counseling
- •Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
- •Empathetic approach with strong problem-solving skills
Development Manager
Drive fundraising strategy, manage donor relationships, write grant proposals, and coordinate fundraising events to support our mission.
Key Requirements:
- •3+ years nonprofit fundraising experience
- •Proven success with grant writing and major donor cultivation
- •Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- •Experience with donor management systems (Salesforce, Bloomerang, etc.)
Operations Coordinator
Support daily operations, manage office administration, coordinate volunteer activities, and assist with program logistics and reporting.
Key Requirements:
- •2+ years administrative or operations experience
- •Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- •Proficiency with Google Workspace and project management tools
- •Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
