Custom alerts

Describe what you are looking for once, and hear about matching auctions as they are published — instead of remembering to check.

Under construction

Not built yet, and there is a specific reason it is not first in the queue: collection still runs by hand rather than on a schedule. An alert that arrives late is worse than no alert, because it looks like coverage. Scheduled collection comes first; alerts follow it immediately.

What it will do

Set a watch on any combination of country, jurisdiction, auction type, sale date window and amount. When a newly published sale matches, you get told — by email to start with.

Watches are saved to your account, so the same set follows you across the tracker rather than living in a bookmarked URL.

What it will not do

It will not tell you about auctions we cannot see. Every country carries a coverage label on the front page, and an alert can only ever be as complete as the source behind it. Where a source covers part of a market, a watch on that country covers the same part — we will say so on the watch rather than let a quiet inbox imply nothing is happening.

It is also not a bidding service. Alerts point at the official notice; the deadlines and deposits are set there.

If you want it

Email info@auctionblock.org with the countries and jurisdictions you would watch. That directly decides the order things get built in — and in the meantime the tracker is filterable on all the same fields.
